Before confirming an order, the Customer declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and accept them without reservation.

Wallfield B.V. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force when the order is confirmed.

4. Products

The essential characteristics of the Products are presented on the product pages of the Website.

Wallfield B.V. endeavours to present the Products clearly and accurately. Photographs, images, visuals and descriptions are provided with the greatest possible care.

Slight differences may exist between the on-screen display and the delivered Product, particularly due to screen settings, the type of medium, materials, printing process, formats or finishes.

When the Customer orders a Personalised Product, they are responsible for the accuracy of the information, files, images, text, dimensions and selections supplied when placing the order.

Wallfield B.V. cannot be held liable for production errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information or poor-quality files supplied by the Customer.

5. Orders

The Customer selects the Products they wish to order and adds them to their shopping cart.

Before finally confirming the order, the Customer can review the order details, total price, applicable delivery costs and delivery address, and correct any errors.

The order becomes final when the Customer confirms it by clicking the confirmation button which clearly indicates that the order entails an obligation to pay.

After the order has been confirmed, the Customer receives a confirmation email summarising the main details of the order.

Wallfield B.V. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including fraud, attempted fraud, an obvious pricing error, a previous payment dispute, lack of stock, inability to manufacture the Product or inability to deliver the order.

6. Prices

Prices displayed on the Website are stated in euros and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery costs are displayed before the order is finally confirmed.

Wallfield B.V. reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices displayed when the order is confirmed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, Wallfield B.V. reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the Customer as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise indicated or a deferred-payment solution is offered to the Customer, payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

When a third-party payment service is used, the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider may also apply.

Wallfield B.V. is not required to process, manufacture or dispatch an order until payment has been validly received or confirmed.

In the event of deferred payment or payment after delivery, the Customer agrees to comply with the payment deadlines indicated during the ordering process or by the relevant payment provider.

8. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided. Wallfield B.V. cannot be held liable for delays or an inability to deliver resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Applicable delivery times are indicated on the Website or during the ordering process. In the absence of a specific indication, the order will be delivered no later than 30 days after the agreement has been concluded.

In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer can contact Wallfield B.V. at: service@wallfield.com.

If delivery does not take place within the announced period, the Consumer may request that Wallfield B.V. completes delivery within a reasonable additional period. If Wallfield B.V. does not complete delivery within that period, the Consumer may request cancellation of the order under the conditions provided by the applicable regulations.

The risk of loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Product.

9. Receipt of Products

The Customer is advised to check the condition of the parcel and Products upon receipt.

In the event of a damaged, incomplete or non-conforming Product, the Customer must contact Wallfield B.V. as soon as possible at service@wallfield.com, preferably enclosing photographs of the parcel, packaging, shipping label and relevant Product.

This notification does not limit the Customer’s statutory rights under the applicable legal guarantees.

10. Right of Withdrawal

For non-personalised Products, the Consumer has a period of 14 days in which to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day following receipt of the Product by the Consumer or by a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier.

Where the order concerns several Products delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the final Product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify their decision to withdraw before the end of the 14-day period by means of a clear statement addressed to:

Wallfield B.V.
Zoeterwoudseweg 11E
2321 GL Leiden
The Netherlands
Email: service@wallfield.com

The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, but use of this form is not mandatory.

From 19 June 2026, where required by applicable regulations, Wallfield B.V. will also provide the Consumer with an online function allowing the right of withdrawal to be exercised directly through the Website.

11. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications or which are clearly personalised.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal include custom-made Products, Products printed according to the Customer’s selection and Products personalised with an image, file, text, specific dimensions, specific format, specific finish or any other characteristic individually selected by the Customer.

This exclusion does not affect the Customer’s rights where a Product is non-conforming, defective or damaged.

12. Returning Products Following Withdrawal

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the Consumer must return the Product within 14 days of notifying Wallfield B.V. of the withdrawal.

The Product must, where possible, be returned in its original packaging or packaging that provides sufficient protection during transport.

Return costs are payable by the Consumer, unless otherwise indicated by Wallfield B.V. or if Wallfield B.V. failed to inform the Consumer that those costs would be payable by them.

The return must be sent to:

Wallfield B.V.
Zoeterwoudseweg 11E
2321 GL Leiden
The Netherlands

The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product.

13. Refund Following Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, Wallfield B.V. will refund the Consumer all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of the date on which Wallfield B.V. is informed of the decision to withdraw.

Additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s selection of a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method offered will not be refunded.

Wallfield B.V. may withhold the refund until the returned Product has been received or until the Consumer provides evidence that the Product has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another refund method and provided that this does not result in any costs for the Consumer.

14. Statutory Guarantees

Wallfield B.V. is liable for a lack of conformity affecting the Products and for hidden defects under the conditions provided by the applicable regulations.

For any request concerning statutory guarantees, the Customer may contact Wallfield B.V. at: service@wallfield.com.

Information Concerning Statutory Guarantees

The Consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the Product in which to invoke the statutory guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears.

During this period, the Consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date on which it appeared.

The statutory guarantee of conformity entitles the Consumer to the repair or replacement of the Product within 30 days of the request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience to the Consumer.

If the Product is repaired under the statutory guarantee of conformity, the Consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the original guarantee.

If the Consumer requests the repair of the Product but the Seller requires replacement, the statutory guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date on which the Product is replaced.

The Consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price while retaining the Product or terminate the agreement and receive a full refund in exchange for returning the Product if:

  • Wallfield B.V. refuses to repair or replace the Product;
  • the repair or replacement of the Product takes place after a period of 30 days;
  • the repair or replacement of the Product causes significant inconvenience to the Consumer;
  • the Product remains non-conforming despite Wallfield B.V.’s attempt to bring it into conformity.

The Consumer is also entitled to a reduction in the price of the Product or termination of the agreement where the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious to justify an immediate price reduction or termination.

The Consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.

The Consumer also benefits from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions provided by Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. This guarantee may be invoked within two years of discovering the defect.

The statutory guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be provided.

15. Commercial Guarantee and After-Sales Service

Unless otherwise indicated on the Website or in the Product information, Wallfield B.V. does not offer a separate commercial guarantee in addition to the statutory guarantees.

Any commercial guarantee offered for certain Products will be stated separately, together with its conditions, duration, territorial scope and implementation procedure.

The after-sales service can be contacted by email at: service@wallfield.com.

16. Liability

Wallfield B.V. is responsible for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the agreement, subject to the limitations permitted by law.

Wallfield B.V. cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Product, inadequate maintenance, incorrect installation by the Customer or use contrary to the instructions provided.

For Personalised Products, Wallfield B.V. cannot be held liable for errors resulting from files, text, images, dimensions, selections or information supplied by the Customer.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Sale limits the Consumer’s statutory rights.

17. Force Majeure

Wallfield B.V. cannot be held liable for a delay or failure to perform resulting from force majeure or an event reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, transport network interruptions, supply shortages, strikes, major technical failures, administrative decisions or any other unforeseeable, unavoidable and external event.

In such a situation, Wallfield B.V. will inform the Customer as soon as possible and seek an appropriate solution.

18. Complaints

For any question or complaint, the Customer may contact Customer Service:

Email: service@wallfield.com
Postal address: Wallfield B.V., Zoeterwoudseweg 11E, 2321 GL Leiden, The Netherlands

Wallfield B.V. will endeavour to respond to complaints within a reasonable period.

The Customer is advised to provide their order number, a clear description of the issue and, where necessary, photographs allowing the request to be processed.

19. Personal Data

Wallfield B.V. processes the Customer’s personal data for order management, payment, delivery, Customer Service, after-sales service, accounting and tax obligations and, where applicable, commercial communications.

Information concerning the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

The Customer has the rights provided by applicable data-protection regulations, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability.

For any request concerning personal data, the Customer may contact Wallfield B.V. at: service@wallfield.com.

20. Intellectual Property

Content available on the Website, including text, photographs, visuals, logos, trademarks, graphic elements, layouts and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Any unauthorised reproduction, use, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.

When the Customer sends an image, file, text or other content to Wallfield B.V. for the production of a Personalised Product, the Customer guarantees that they possess the rights required for that use.

The Customer guarantees that the submitted content does not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark rights, image rights, personality rights or any other intellectual-property rights.

Wallfield B.V. reserves the right to refuse a personalised order if the content provided by the Customer appears manifestly unlawful, offensive, contrary to third-party rights or contrary to the company’s values.

21. Applicable Law and Competent Courts

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Dutch law.

However, where the Customer is a Consumer residing in France or another Member State of the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection offered by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to reach an amicable solution.

The Consumer may bring proceedings before the competent courts in accordance with the rules applicable to agreements concluded with consumers.

22. Partial Invalidity

If a provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is declared invalid, unenforceable or ineffective, the remaining provisions will remain fully applicable.

The relevant provision will, where possible, be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the original economic and legal purpose.

23. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

Wallfield B.V. may amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.

The applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale are those accepted by the Customer at the time of placing the order.
